Please read these terms before signing in to a customer account. They explain how wholesale accounts, pricing, order approval, and shipping information work on this website.

1. Wholesale accounts
T Trading Wholesale is the wholesale website operated by T Trading Inc. Customer accounts are for business purchasing. Provide accurate business and contact information, keep it up to date, and only act for a business you are authorized to represent. You may apply for an account without creating a login. Applications do not grant access; T Trading reviews them, and only the owner can create customer and team logins. An email address is not required for a login. Customers also need business approval and assigned prices to order.
2. Your account
Keep your sign-in details secure and contact T Trading if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. Use the website lawfully and do not attempt to access another customer’s account, assigned pricing, or internal team information.
3. Products, case quantities, and minimums
Review each item’s description, material, dimensions, packaging, units per case, and minimum order quantity before submitting a request. Order quantities are entered in cases. Product availability and specifications are subject to confirmation during order review. Ask T Trading to clarify any specification or photo before approving a purchase.
4. Customer pricing and additional charges
Prices are assigned to your customer account and may use an ocean or air pricing basis. Website totals show the merchandise prices available to your account when you submit the request. Freight, duties, taxes, and other applicable charges are included only when expressly stated in the agreed quote or invoice. T Trading will confirm the applicable charges and any proposed pricing changes for your agreement before the order proceeds.
5. Order approval and payment
Orders may be approved automatically when the configured requirements are met or reviewed by T Trading. Orders with unmet requirements may be held pending completion. Review the confirmation, quote, or invoice for the actual approval status, quantities, prices, deposit, payment schedule, and delivery arrangements. Approval does not mean that payment has been received or that goods have shipped. No payment is collected through this website; payment instructions are provided for payment outside the website.
6. Factory lead times and shipment progress
Factory lead time refers to the estimated time needed to prepare or produce an item; it is not the total delivery time. Transportation, customs clearance, and final delivery take additional time. Different items may have different lead times and ship separately. Progress bars show the latest item status recorded by our team and are not a guaranteed delivery date. T Trading will communicate material changes to agreed shipment arrangements and address delays in accordance with the order terms and applicable law.
7. Changes, cancellations, and product issues
Contact the T Trading team handling your account as soon as you need to change or cancel an order, or discover missing, damaged, or incorrect goods. Include the order number, item SKU, quantities, and relevant photos where available. Any cancellation, return, replacement, or refund arrangement will be confirmed in writing based on the order’s agreed terms and applicable law. These website terms do not establish a fixed return deadline or an automatic restocking fee.
8. Order terms and your rights
Keep a copy of the quote, invoice, and written terms agreed for each order. Order-specific quantities, prices, payment terms, and delivery arrangements are governed by that written agreement. Nothing in these website terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Privacy and data use
We use application, account, business, contact, order, shipment, and security information to review access, provide wholesale services, communicate with you, and protect the website. Our Privacy Notice explains the information collected, browser storage, service providers, international access, retention, and how to request access, correction, or deletion. Please do not enter card details, online banking credentials, identity documents, or unrelated sensitive information in website notes. Transactional notices are separate from marketing.
10. Website security and acceptable use
Do not submit spam or automated account applications, attempt unauthorized access, probe accounts or systems without permission, or interfere with the website. We may limit requests, reject applications, or restrict access to investigate abuse and protect customers. If you find a security issue, contact wholesale@ttradinginclive.com with a description and the affected page; do not include passwords or other customers’ information.
11. Questions and updates
Contact wholesale@ttradinginclive.com or the T Trading team handling your account for questions about these terms or an order. The version date above identifies this agreement. We record the version and date accepted when you apply or sign in as a customer. A later website update does not, by itself, change the terms already agreed for an existing order.
