1. Information we collect

Applications and accounts may include your preferred username, business and contact names, phone number, optional email address, delivery destination, business type, website, and information you choose to provide. Company profiles may include business addresses and tax or resale information. We keep application decisions, assigned pricing, orders, invoices, payment confirmation records, shipment details, and communications needed to operate your account. Product and shipment photos, captions, and notes may also be stored.

Passwords are stored as password hashes, not as readable passwords. Applying does not create a login or give access to customer pricing. We record the Terms version and time of consent when you apply or sign in.

2. How we use it

We use this information to assess wholesale applications, create and support approved accounts, calculate prices, process and fulfill orders, track deposits and shipments, issue documents, respond to questions, prevent abuse, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Configured order requirements may be checked automatically; contact us if a requirement or decision appears incorrect.

The website does not process card payments or connect to your bank account. ACH, wire, and Zelle payments take place outside the website. Do not put payment card details, banking passwords, government identification documents, or unrelated sensitive information into notes or uploads.

3. Who can access information

Access is limited by account and role. Authorized T Trading staff use information to review customers, manage prices, and support orders. Our China Team can access the order and shipment information needed for sourcing and fulfillment. Customers can access their own account and order information; private factory contacts, factory SKUs, and internal purchase history are not provided through customer views.

Information needed to fulfill an order may be provided to shipping, warehouse, or other service partners. We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to investigate fraud, protect accounts, or resolve a dispute. Do not include confidential information in product descriptions or images intended for the public catalog.

4. Website service providers

Render hosts this website and its stored records and files. Hosting and delivery infrastructure processes requests and technical logs needed to deliver and secure the service.

DeepL processes Chinese text selected for English translation, including product and classification text, shipping method names, and eligible order or shipment descriptions, delay explanations, notes, and photo captions. Original text and translated results are stored by this website so they can be displayed consistently. Account passwords and bank settings are not sent by the translation workflow. Avoid putting unnecessary personal information into text intended for translation.

Resend processes recipient addresses and message contents when our transactional email service is configured. These messages concern website activity and orders. Applying does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Service providers process data under their own service terms and privacy notices; their processing may occur in countries outside your location.

5. Cookies, browser storage, and security records

We use a secure sign-in cookie to maintain your session. Sign-in sessions currently expire after 12 hours. Browser storage remembers practical preferences such as basket contents, shipping choices, language, and product filters. You can clear that storage in your browser; doing so may clear saved basket contents or preferences.

We keep security records to limit repeated sign-in and application attempts. Rate-limiting identifiers are derived from usernames and the network address supplied by trusted hosting infrastructure. Hosting logs may contain IP addresses, requested pages, timestamps, and technical information. The current website does not include advertising cookies or third-party advertising analytics.

6. Retention and safeguards

Business records are retained to support accounts, transactions, invoices, customer service, legal obligations, and dispute or fraud investigations. Business records and backups do not currently have a single automatic deletion deadline. Contact us to request a review of what we hold and whether it can be removed. Some transaction or legal records may need to remain after an account closes; restricted backup copies can also remain after information is removed from the live system.

We use HTTPS, password hashing, role-based access, request limits, and backups to help protect information. No internet service can guarantee complete security. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. Access by our authorized teams in the United States and China, and processing by our providers, may involve international transfers.

7. Your choices and requests

Contact wholesale@ttradinginclive.com to ask about your data, request access or correction, request account closure or deletion, or report a privacy or security concern. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing information. We will consider requests under the laws that apply to you and explain when records must be retained. Please do not email passwords or sensitive financial credentials.

This portal is intended for business purchasing, not for use by children. If information about a child has been submitted, contact us so we can investigate.
